Fitness Consultations

Each Fitness and nutrition program is customized to help you achieve your goals. Once preliminary goal setting is achieved you will be sent body fat calipers and instructions in order to establish body composition. Weekly reports will be required; however, you may contact me by email at anytime. Modifications to your program will be made based on weekly measurements. Typically, 3 month programs are required in order see significant results; however, noticeable changes have been reported in as little as 2 weeks.
