The Program

The focus of the Fitness Fourmula is to provide you with the knowledge on how to use food to improve your health and achieve your physical goals. Whether your goal is to be "ripped" or to loose a few extra pounds, this program can help you. By focusing on understanding food, food timing, exercise and diet, you will be equipped with the knowledge to sustain your results.

The email/internet option consists of a couple different options based on the length of time you would like help. The programs are as follows: I send you a detailed information gathering package with body fat calipers and instruction booklets. You send back the information I request via email. I then write detailed meal plans for you which we review weekly and may modify based on your weekly body composition changes. Through this period you will have unlimited access to me via email.
